World Trade Center Miami (WTCM) - Miami’s premier platform for international business is excited to announce that the organization has just signed an 11 year, 5,800 sq. feet lease at 5835 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126 that will include the World Trade Center Miami's name located at the top of the building prominently visible from Miami International Airport and the 836 expressway.  We expect to be moving into our new offices sometime during the fall of 2020.   

WTCM Chairman, Roberto R. Muñoz, and Market President with First Horizon Bank, our Treasurer, Christine Bolt, together with our 2020 Board of Directors will usher in a new era of expansion and growth for the organization.  A special note of thanks to Walter Robinson from Robinson Commercial Real Estate, Fernando Melo, WTCM Real Estate Committee Chair and the Real Estate Committee for their time and effort in making this happen. Also, a special thanks to our Chair-elect, Virginia Sanchez, Regional Director, Governmental Affairs for American Airlines and Lisa Landy, WTCM Legal Counsel for their continued guidance and support.

The WTCM will be co-located with our International Trade partners that include the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), Export-Import Bank of the United States of America (EXIMBank), and the Small Business Administration (SBA) where all of your international trade needs will be taken care-of under one roof!
